Why do you need a Skid Steer?
The skid steers we sell at International Plant Sales, formerly BuyADigger, are usually wheeled machines rather than tracked. This means that they are more appropriate for working on harder surfaces. You can put around 7,000 pounds of weight in four points, which will dig into the ground.
Skid steers are very compact machines with very easy manoeuvrability, perfect for fitting into tight spaces. They are used to fulfil a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to lifting and moving large amounts of earth. As well as digging, raking, drilling, trenching, using the machine as a snow plough or even as a forklift. It also pulls, pushes and lifts all sorts of building and construction material.
The machines available for sale at International Plant Sales have come from the Diggerland UK theme parks, meaning they have never been used on a construction site. These machines have low hours and are in good condition.
